I imported about 50 feeds and noticed they would only display 20 entries each (the default max), so I increased that to the max 100 in the settings and nothing changed.
I found out that I had to remove and add the feed again for it to follow the new max entry setting, this is a nuisance and ideally it needs to follow the new setting whenever it is changed, which may mean the feed needs to be reset and reloaded when that setting is changed. Also the max default of 100 on the selection could also do with the option of higher settings, but if the above issue is resolved then it will be easy to select a higher setting from the individual feed menu. It can be handy to increase and decrease max entries as required, but that's not currently possible with this flaw and each time the feed has to be removed and re-added.
Thanks for the well designed RSS Feed Reader add-on and hopefully you'll soon be able to resolve the minor flaw I mentioned above.Respuesta del desarrollador
publicado el hace 5 mesesFeedbro works as designed. For performance reasons Feedbro doesn't load articles that are older than the newest currently loaded article. Therefore if you first add a feed and the update the max entries to save value, older articles aren't loaded. However, when new articles show up in the feed over time, in the end you will have [max articles to save] number of articles in the feed. - Se valoró con 5 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 18192393, el hace 5 mesesLove it! Easy to use. Easy to configure. Not annoying at all.

1. Toggle to hide the folder that empty(all posts are read) in the folder panel, or order folders by unread status.
I got lots of feeds to read, but most of them are not updating frequently, it takes much time to scroll to the these folder.
2. Export all posts in specified folder. - Se valoró con 4 de 5por JustPlainBill, el hace 5 mesesOn my Windows 7 PC, this has been my favorite add-on, bar none, for years now. However, I now have a problem. I have installed this on my new Windows 11 PC, and although it shows up in my list of installed extensions, the button did not appear on my toolbar. It accepted the import of my RSS feeds, but I have no idea how to actually open the reader.

Your addon requires heft permissions and we can't see - for sure, not going by your word - what it does with them. This is not the sort of thing Mozilla should be recommending. If this is a "free" add-on, but not open-source, then users should suspect they are the product being sold, not the software.
Please provide source code. I would love to revise this review.Respuesta del desarrollador

Quote from Mozilla Recommended extensions page: "These chosen extensions undergo intense scrutiny in the form of manual security reviews. They're examined from every angle to ensure they meet our strict policies, leaving no room for compromise."
Since Feedbro is also available on Google and Edge add-on stores, their admins have reviewed the extension as well ensuring that it's completely safe. As stated, we do not gather any data about users or send anything to servers on the internet.
If you don't have faith in Mozilla Add-on Store reviewers, fine, but please don't spread FUD or make demands. - Se valoró con 1 de 5por Breno, el hace 6 mesesSource code on github! i don't go report error for any email address, i don't know what you are doing with my data

i need more colors/themes and possibility to change the size of fonts.Respuesta del desarrollador
publicado el hace 5 mesesThat sounds like an issue with the feed content and its html markup. Feedbro doesn't inherently have any code that would define how "buttons/image links for starting podcasts" work. Please contact the feed provider to notify them that there's an issue. - Se valoró con 5 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 17883854, el hace 6 meses

The ability to open all new pages in new tabs and also mark them as read with one button, ideally from the button in the toolbar. Right next to "open feed reader" and "find feeds in current tab" should be "open notifications in new tabs and mark as read".
Edit: Never mind, view mode 6 has an embedded iframe of the site. This is perfect. (Would like it to be open source tho)
