Seems to work for the most part, including in private windows, which is nice coming from BlockTube which is no longer maintained.

However the reason for 3 stars is that when a video/channel is blocked, you have to have the overlay enabled for it to actually be blocked. If I disable the overlay, then "blocked" videos/channels still appear in my suggestions. I just want them completely removed

Channel block no longer works. Video block still working

It works, but it sure slows YouTube search results down as it processes.
