- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13914416, 7 months agoThis is what I've been looking for for a while, it's a shame that it didn't show up when I searched for it the first time. I just found it by chance.
I have a problem though: setting the small increment to less than 0.1 (eg 0.05) doesn't work. - Rated 5 out of 5by Skaifer, 7 months agoSimple, fast and smart way to control playback speed! Thanks for the work. I'll throw in my idea, cuz why not. You could leave only playback speed indicator and control the speed by just moving the mouse cursor over it and using scroll wheel to adjust in 0.05 increments, for ease of pinpointing. Implement it as a configurable option, of course.
REPLY: Yeah no problem. Went through a bunch of search results. Installed like 7 or something, till I found what fits best for my needs. Thx again, Timothy.Developer response

I don't have a lot of free time to add features but thanks.
How did you hear about this extension? - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 12811095, 5 years ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by Don-Petrushka, 6 years agoIt works perfect! But when I open two or more tabs with Youtube and change speed in one tab, it automatically changes speed in all other tabs. Can you add an ability to change speed only in one particular video?
UPD: I prefer to have an ability to disable this feature entirely. Just to set speed individually for every video. Because in every particular case it needs different speed changes. Different people talk with different speed. Sometimes I use only 1.30, sometimes 1.90, sometimes (when it's a guitar playing video for example) I use original speed. Thanks in advance! ;)Developer response
posted 6 years agoHi Don-Petrushka,
Thank you for the review! Concerning your request, the extension is taking the speed you set on a video and applying it to all videos in the same category ( i.e. Comedy, Documentary, Education). Would you like to have an ability to disable this feature entirely or just to not change the speed in another tab already open (instead wait for the page to reload before applying the new speed)?
Thanks for the suggestion,
Timothy
Update:
Hi Don-Petrushka,
I have made an update. I added a few configuration options. Just go to the options page for the extension. Hope this has what you wanted :)
