While I'm not technically seeing ads, in the last week at the start of streams I've been seeing the ad placeholder screen. However, I'm also getting that screen on streams I'm subbed to. Not the intended case use and what happened shortly before the extension stopped working altogether last time.

This plugin was always hit-or-miss and frequently stopped working with Twitch changes, but it was always back up to ~75% success shortly after.

Now it has been months and it hasn't worked to block a single ad. It blocks the whole stream and video never loads. Video never plays until you disable and reload. On any level of proxy use.

I think either the proxy host got wise and blocked access, or it's Twitch's streams, or who knows. But this doesn't work anymore.

Расширение возвращает 1080, но дроп на стримах при этом не фармится, увы.

Всё работает! Людям, у которых не прогружаются стримы, советую выключить блокировщики реклам.

As of May 2025, extension does not work. Will restrict streams from loading or create enormous amounts of lag. When ads do play, pre-rolls or whatever, it will crash the stream.

About a week or two ago it stopped blocking ads, and as of today streams don't even load when it's enabled.

Works perfectly as intended! I'm on firefox v136.0

tanks twitch's performance, doesn't actually block ads for me anymore

The people giving this a bad rating need to quit using Chrome or chromium based browsers.
