About permissions used:

Access your data for all websites: this permission is required to load feeds from any domain and to detect feeds on websites
Store unlimited amount of client-side data: this permission is used to store feed data
Tabs: used to look for already existing reader tab when clicking toolbar button

Domains: requests to these domains are blocked by Tracking Protection while they contain valid feeds, this is the only way to workaround it until it gets fixed by Mozilla

Release notes for 2.23.2

Updates to change detection mechanism caused some malformed feeds to always be recognized as updated, this patch works around all the identified issues, if you still experience articles being marked as unread despite no apparent changes please report feeds affected by the issue in #183
