most yt videos now offer multiple languages, today I used a vid with 13 languages offered in your (otherwise excellent) downloader. the language options make the downloader virtually unusable - wrong one downloaded. is there a workaround? thank you

Downloading shorts seems impossible. If you click the add-on it displays different download options but the file size is too small, so when opening them the video player does'nt do anything.

Normal Videos via the button besides the Videotitle works fine.

Why are most of the video's dubbed in German? I don't speak German. It does about as much good replacing the English with bad Google translated German for English speakers as it would be dubbing Italian video's with badly translated Chinese. Why? The only reason it's getting 3 stars is because some of the video's aren't dubbed with badly translated German.

I was able to download videos but twice it download the previous video instead of the one I selected. Hope you are working on this and solve it soon. we can't know it's wrong until download is finished.

The "Doanload as" button is broken. With every video, another one is added. I now have about 12. They obstruct the normal buttons. Can we have an option to hide it entirely?

I also have the Video Download Helper extension with the local helper app installed. This add-on succeeded on youtube when that one failed. I will likely keep it and just have it disabled until I need it, but it seems to work.

EDIT: Disabling it makes it clutter up the youtube page even more. The button spot turns into a bunch of html links to the videos. 4 Stars for it working when others failed, -1 star for it not fully disabling. I ended up removing it as it seems to be sketchy at this point.

At first, it worked perfectly. But, for the past few months, it hasn't been responsive at all.

The three star review is based on what the add-on offered before it stopped working.

The plugin seems to be doing what it's supposed to be doing. Given a lower rating since there are too many buttons, sometimes 3-4 buttons appear next to the YouTube videos, and sometimes it's just plain and simple wrong.

No Mp3 ?

So I was having the same issues some people were having with this extension. in the past I donated to get the download app because it was just easier and the extension was broken. but now that says "this app has expired" every time I clicked on it. This is because its simply out of date, you should have gotten an email with a thank you for donating and a link to the app, go back there and re-download the installer, for me this is now fixed. I would like to see a message or a direct link to the updated installer in the extension description though.

I've donated maybe 4 or 5 times now hoping the app might work which it never did after Youtube did something to the algorithms.; then Dishita released the standalone version that worked very well outside of the browser. BUT now it says this app has expired? Which means .. do you expect me to donate again? Is this the plan to force people that have supported you like I did to donate forever?
