Digital Wellbeing is a lightweight browser extension that acts as a hard boundary against doomscrolling, forcing you to step away when willpower isn't enough.
Visual Dashboard: See exactly how much time you have spent on tracked sites with a clean, color-coded interface right in your toolbar.
Customizable Time Limits: Set a specific daily minute allowance (e.g., 15 minutes) for your guilty-pleasure sites.
Dynamic Blocklists: Add or remove specific domains (like youtube.com or reddit.com) on the fly without touching any code.
Aggressive Intervention: The exact second your timer hits zero, the extension replaces the feed with an un-scrollable "TIME IS UP" screen.
Private Local Tracking: Operates entirely within your browser using native local storage. Your browsing habits are never sent to external servers.
