This extension is too aggressive and tries to open non-ticket links in an existing Zendesk tab, causing the tab to break. Trying to view macro edit pages or the original email submitted by a user causes the page to break, necessitating the disabling of this extension to successfully open the pages. This extension could be improved by limiting it's functionality to ticket URLs exclusively.
