Today there was a 50% discount offer, so I decided to start afresh. However it wouldn't allow my email address, or an alternative one, saying the account already existed. So I'm stuck. After being very satisfied with Roboform for decades, I'm now disgusted with it.
I've decided I can't do without Roboform, so have managed to sign on again, but have lost all my original passwords.
Two years on, and my Master Password is no longer accepted, at RoboForm's Support advised me to uninstall and reinstall, so I'm trying to do that, unfortunately, the system to do that just isn't working, so, I will have to go back to Support and try and resolve the matter.
