This add-on contains the same code that powers the Chrome extension which has been available for a long time and has over 100,000 users: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/readlang-web-reader/odpdkefpnfejbfnmdilmfhephfffmfoh?hl=en. The only difference is in manifest.json which required minor changes to be compatible with Firefox.
