CryptoControl Terminal Plugin wót CryptoControl

This addon is meant to be used by the CryptoControl terminal to allow requests to be across different exchanges.

(Basically for all requests originating from the terminal.cryptocontrol.io domain, if the plugin is enabled, we add CORS headers to every request.)
