Ticket Helper is a Firefox extension for internal ticket workflow assistance.
It helps staff work faster inside the ticket system by adding a helper panel directly into the ticket page. The extension can fill commonly used reply fields, apply saved profiles, set problem and action values, move tickets to the desired department, and save time during repetitive ticket handling tasks.
