Whilst this except from our privacy policy indeed does state that any personal data can be shared within the bounds of our Charity and its subsidiaries, the Swiggle service does not collect any "personal data" (As defined by GDPR), and as such there isn't anything to share.

Note that we do collect anonymous aggregated usage data to help identify trends and improve the performance of the service. Please read our Privacy Policy and website Terms of Use for more information.

read their "privacy" policy which states, in part:

"We may disclose your personal data to any member of our group, which includes any subsidiaries or holding companies as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006, should such subsidiaries or holding companies exist."
