SkipPaste Privacy Policy

SkipPaste is designed to be local-first. SkipPaste Free processes information needed to create and run browser workflows directly in the user's browser.

Information SkipPaste may handle

When a user chooses to capture information from a webpage, SkipPaste may process webpage content such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, reference numbers, form values, webpage URLs, field labels, and other information explicitly selected or used as part of a workflow.

SkipPaste may also store saved workflows, field mappings, Data Tray records, transformation rules, settings, run history, Fusion source information, and data needed for Undo Last Fill.

How information is used

This information is used only to provide SkipPaste's browser-workflow features, including capturing user-selected information, recognizing source and destination pages, previewing proposed changes, filling approved form fields, resolving Fusion conflicts, repairing workflows, and undoing fills.

Local storage

SkipPaste Free stores captured workflow information and settings in browser extension storage on the user's device. SkipPaste Free does not send captured webpage content, workflow data, or saved Data Tray records to SkipPaste servers.

No sale or advertising use

SkipPaste does not sell user information. SkipPaste does not use captured information for advertising, profiling, creditworthiness, or unrelated purposes.

No analytics or background surveillance

SkipPaste Free does not transmit browsing activity to SkipPaste servers for analytics or advertising and does not continuously monitor users' browsing activity.

Form safety

SkipPaste displays a preview before filling supported workflows and does not automatically press a website's final Submit, Send, Purchase, Confirm, or similar consequential action.

User control

Users decide which information SkipPaste captures and which destination fields it fills. Users may delete saved workflows, records, history, and other locally stored SkipPaste data using the extension's controls.

Third parties

SkipPaste Free does not sell, rent, or transmit captured workflow information to third parties.

Future features

Future optional features such as accounts, cloud synchronization, or paid services may require different data practices. If those features are introduced, this Privacy Policy and applicable browser-store disclosures will be updated before those features are made available.
