Password Generator Offline creates strong random passwords directly inside Firefox. All password generation is performed locally on your device without connecting to an external server.

• Generate passwords from 8 to 64 characters long.
• Include lowercase letters.
• Include uppercase letters.
• Include numbers.
• Include special characters.
• Ensure that selected character groups are represented in the generated password.
• Generate a new password with one click.
• Copy the generated password to the clipboard.
• Work without an Internet connection.
• No registration or user account is required.

1. Click the Password Generator Offline icon on the Firefox toolbar.
2. Select the required password length.
3. Choose the character groups you want to include.
4. Click the Generate button.
5. Click Copy to copy the generated password.

For stronger passwords, use a longer length and include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.


The extension uses the browser's cryptographically secure random number generation functionality. Passwords are generated locally inside the extension popup.

The extension does not retrieve passwords from a remote service and does not use predictable random values.


Password Generator Offline does not collect, store, log, transmit, sell, or share generated passwords.

Generated passwords exist temporarily in the extension popup. The extension does not maintain a password history.

The extension does not access website content, browsing history, cookies, saved logins, personal information, or account data.


The extension does not request access to websites and does not use content scripts, remote code, analytics, advertising services, or external APIs.

Clipboard access occurs only when the user clicks the Copy button.


Users should store important passwords in a trusted password manager. Avoid sending passwords through unencrypted messages or saving them in unprotected text files.
