0.3.0: Connect your own translation service
New translation channel settings let you choose NodeLane or your own manga-translator-ui service. Save multiple service configurations and use your own service without a NodeLane account.
The reader and in-page translation share your selected channel, translating the current image and the next three. Switching channels preserves reading position and keeps translated images separate.
Long in-page translations can keep waiting for results while the extension background process sleeps. Interrupted connections offer manual retry without automatically submitting the image again.
Improved translated-image caching and export, with clear guidance when clearing the cache means a result from your own service needs to be translated again.
