- One translate-mode switch — Manual / This site / All sites — in the popup, page control
  and Options.
- Glow lights the letters themselves (text glow) and "pops" when a translation lands; box styles
  remain selectable.
- Progress bars use the floating button's moving gradient.
- Options: Behaviour and Sites merged into one Sites page with collapsible per-site rows; debug
  logging and the HUD moved to Diagnostics.
- Form placeholders and button labels are translated.
- Responses are length-bounded, so a derailed model can no longer stall a page.
- Thinking is actually disabled on llama.cpp by default.
- Thai and other non-Latin scripts are sized correctly (no more truncated batches); source
  whitespace no longer reaches the model.
- Text already in the target language is skipped instead of re-translated.
- Better recovery from malformed markup markers returned by small models.
- CJK→Latin translations no longer refused on ellipsised buttons/nav.
- Late-loading iframes and content the page reveals later are translated; painted links stay
  clickable.
