This Privacy Policy explains how LinksPizza collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you use the website, web application, browser extension, and related services.
2. What we collect

Account data such as email address, username, and authentication identifiers
Workspace content such as links, prompts, pages, panels, categories, tags, and feed metadata
Billing-related identifiers handled through Stripe for paid subscriptions
Operational and security logs needed to keep the service stable and secure


1. How we use data

We use personal data only to operate and improve LinksPizza, including to:

Authenticate users and keep accounts secure
Store and synchronize pages, panels, links, prompts, and preferences
Process billing and subscription status
Deliver optional features such as Smart Search and Smart Discovery
Monitor reliability, abuse, and service health


1. Legal basis

We process data where necessary to provide the service you requested, to meet legal obligations, to protect security and service integrity, and, for optional features, on the basis of consent where appropriate.
5. Processors and third parties

Supabase and Vercel host core application infrastructure
Stripe handles subscription billing and customer billing portals
Optional AI features use OpenAI embeddings and related AI processing
If ads are enabled on free plans, ad-related providers may process limited browser data subject to consent tooling


1. Retention

We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain backups and recovery paths, fulfill legal obligations, and resolve disputes or security issues. When data is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymized.
7. Your rights

You may request access, export, correction, or deletion of your personal data.

LinksPizza also provides in-app export tools for much of your workspace content. For privacy requests, email privacy@linkspizza.com.
8. Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep sessions active, preserve preferences, and support sync and recovery features. If ads or consent tooling are enabled, additional consent-related storage may be used.
9. Public content and sharing

If you mark a panel or page as public, or share it by public link, the content inside that shared area may be visible to other users and may be followed or imported by them. You are responsible for what you choose to make public.
