Poznámky k verzi 1.9.8

- Show version number without using innerHTML (fix #53).
- Better fallback example.
- Both `onkeydown` and `onkeyup` to truly fix #52: save settings on close, but also still have Ctrl+Enter keyboard shortcut enabled.
