Hafnova Link Guard od Hafnova AG
Block risky sites using Hafnova ThreatDB: choose which threat tags to enforce, with a clear blocked page and optional temporary access.

O tomto rozšíření
Hafnova Link Guard helps you stay safer on the web by checking destinations against Hafnova ThreatDB (Link Guard). You decide which threat tags matter to you (for example categories like malware, tracking, or security-related labels, depending on what your organization exposes). The extension can block navigation to matching sites and related requests, and shows an interstitial “blocked” page so you always know why a page was stopped.
What you can do
Configure tags in the options page — only block what you care about.
Manual check from the toolbar popup: test a domain and see whether it would be allowed or blocked.
Open anyway when you accept the risk (with an extra confirmation for high‑risk tags such as malware or security, when applicable).
Temporary allow for a host when you need a short exception.
How it works
When you visit a site, the extension consults the ThreatDB service to see if the hostname is in the master list and which tags apply. Blocking follows your tag choices. If the lookup service is unavailable, navigation stays allowed (fail‑open) so you are not cut off from the web because of a network issue.
Privacy & data
The extension may send hostnames (and related query data required for the lookup) to Hafnova’s API to perform these checks. It does not sell your data; processing is for security classification as described in Hafnova’s policies. Review the Permissions screen on install for details.
