If you use an adblocker (like uBlock Origin) and you find the sync is not active at the start of a Youtube video, pausing and un-pausing the delay by clicking on the button that you see when you click on the extension icon should get the sync working turned on.

This is based on a fork made by tngusouk528 of Frame Sync made by Trogen898 which fixes the issue where the framerate is limited to 30FPS.
