EidonCore for Firefox — Privacy Policy

What the add-on accesses
- Only the email that is open in Gmail when you click the "→ EidonCore" button: its subject, sender, recipients, date, body and the attachments you select. The add-on never scans, indexes or syncs your mailbox.
- Only the page you are on when you use "Send to EidonCore" (right-click menu or Alt+Shift+E): its title, address (URL) and any text you selected.

Where it goes
- Solely to your own EidonCore workspace, over HTTPS, when you choose an action. Nothing is sent anywhere else. The add-on contains no analytics, tracking or advertising code.

What is stored
- In your browser: a short-lived sign-in token (session storage, cleared when the browser closes), a refresh token and your workspace address (local storage).
- In your EidonCore workspace: only what you choose to save, in the privacy mode you choose — the full email, the content without names and addresses, a redacted version (phone numbers, payment details, one-time codes, signatures and names removed), or no copy of the original at all — visible only to the people you choose (only you, admins, or everyone who can see the record). Workspace administrators may set stricter minimums and retention periods.

How it is used
- Only to provide the features you use: creating tasks, tickets, comments, notes and client history, and searching your own workspace. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

Your control
- Disconnect in the add-on's options at any time; this revokes its access. Delete captured items in EidonCore at any time; they are also removed when your workspace is deleted.
