Organize downloads automatically by website and filename, and save ChatGPT files in folders named after each conversation. Windows only; a separate, free Windows support installer is required.
Features
- Website and filename-pattern rules, optional combined conditions and shared priorities.
- Configurable ChatGPT conversation folders.
- Folder variables: {domain}, {year}, {month}.
- Settings import/export with review before saving.
- Save to a chosen folder from the right-click menu for ordinary HTTP(S) links and media.
- English and Polish settings, selected automatically from Firefox.
- Explicit consent for local data transfer, which can be paused in Privacy.
Required Windows support
DownloadLens Support 1.2.6 (with the DownloadLens icon in both Windows executables):

Close Firefox before installing; integration requires Windows administrator confirmation.
Important: support includes a Native Messaging host AND privileged Firefox AutoConfig integration. It disables the AutoConfig sandbox, not the web-content sandbox or extension-signature verification. It updates moved-file locations in download history and adds ZIP extraction and confirmed deletion to the download panel and Library. Internal Firefox integration may require updates after browser changes.
The separately installed integration runs independently of extension consent, disablement and removal. It records public-download metadata, including downloads not routed by the extension. Uninstall Windows Support separately to remove its integration. See the privacy policy for scope and retention.
The extension never automatically cancels and re-downloads files. For generated blob/data links, container tabs or special download requests, use the website’s normal download button. Completed files can then be routed locally.
No analytics or remote file uploads by this product.
