Fixes a bug where replies sometimes answered an older customer message instead of the latest one. This happened on computers that show dates day first (for example 02/10/2026 for 2 October). The assistant now reads both date formats correctly, so it always picks the newest message and keeps the conversation history in the right order.

New Paste button in the "Edit before sending" box. Copy any text, click where you want it in your reply, then click Paste to insert it.
