Send to Taskwarrior Hardened od Alkaphreak

Hardened fork of shenlebantongying/Taskwarrior-Connector
(GPLv3) — fixes a command-injection vulnerability, restricts the local companion daemon to
localhost-only, and adds duplicate-URL detection. Full changelog on the

Save any webpage to Taskwarrior as a task, with its URL and optional
tags — a fast, keyboard-friendly alternative to browser bookmark managers.

How it works

Click the toolbar icon on any page. Title and URL are pre-filled from the active tab; add
space-separated tags if you want. The extension talks to a small companion program
(taskwarrior_connector.py) that must be running locally — it's what actually calls the
task CLI on your machine. Setup instructions, the connector daemon, and full source are on
the project's GitHub page.

Privacy

This extension only talks to 127.0.0.1 (your own machine). It sends nothing anywhere else,
and requests no page/host permissions — it only reads the active tab's title and URL when you
click the icon.

Requirements

• Taskwarrior installed
• The companion connector daemon running in the background (launchd on macOS, systemd on
  Linux — setup scripts included)
