The AnyBacklink extension only runs when you click its icon. Reading the links on a page happens on your own device and is never sent anywhere. If you connect your AnyBacklink account, the extension sends AnyBacklink the domain name of the site you are viewing (for example example.com) so it can show whether that site is on AnyBacklink. These lookups are not stored. The extension stores a private connection key and a daily invite count on your own device. It never collects your browsing history, what you type, or your passwords, and never emails anyone for you. Full policy: https://anybacklink.com/privacy
