I would understand that there are some negative points regarding the performance of loading any sites but in this case almost no site is loading. It´s such a mess and I am pretty disapointed on this point.

Pages and websites load more quickly and streams run smoothly when I turn it off. Sometimes I'll forget and wonder why a stream has frozen or why a page isn't loading. Then I remember, turn off Surfshark for the maximum 2 hours and everything works again. Windows 11 provides excellent anti virus protection and most if not all ISPs can get round VPNs. So spending money this software is a waste.

Their customer support is simply terrible, as they proclaim to be able to easily claim a refund through their live chat - which I tried after receiving those emails; however, none of their live chat links on the website work.
When I finally get a work around to the live chat, I only get the option to cancel the auto-renewal, but not my money back.
I lost $94.33 in a minute. This company scams people out of their money.Ответ разработчика

There are frequent VPN disconnects and unstable connections occurring twice a day. The browser extension is subpar, causing a reduction in speed by more than 80% at times. Additionally, the split tunneling feature does not function properly, leading to lag issues while playing games. Customer support is inaccessible, lacking both live chat and email options for assistance. It is disheartening that new customers who availed the cashback promotion receive free VPN with presumably better service, while loyal paying customers like myself experience slow speeds and a lack of support. Thank you for nothing, just lost a customer.

The online FAQ just keeps redirecting to itself and any link to do their "live chat" is fake. The advertised 24/7 customer support is a lie and you'll be asked 3 times to fill out a survey about why you want to cancel just to be again redirected to the FAQ. Email is the only way to get even a automated response just to again be linked to the FAQ and a survey.
