YouTrack Plus is a powerful extension designed to transform your YouTrack Agile Boards into a high-precision management tool. It automates capacity planning, visualizes real-time task progress, and provides deep insights into team performance using any estimation unit.
🚀 KEY FEATURES
1. Flexible Capacity Planning
Dynamic Velocity: Automatically calculates capacity based on historical velocity and a real-time Availability Coefficient.
Smart Availability: Accounts for holidays, leaves, and individual contribution rates (0–100%).
Universal Units: Supports Story Points, Hours, or any custom unit (e.g., Bananas, Points).
Automated Progress Tracking: Task progress is calculated based on time spent in specific statuses using a configurable Status Progress Map.
Debt & Forecast Icons: Instantly see if a user is ahead or behind schedule with visual weather icons: ☀️ (On Track), ⛅ (Slight Delay), or ⛈️ (Significant Delay).
Stagnation Control: Automatically highlights "stuck" tasks with visual borders (Yellow/Red) based on custom time thresholds.
Floating Sprint Panel: A persistent dashboard for a high-level view of sprint health and remaining capacity.
Swimlane Indicators: Visual cues for every user showing:
