Workspace Pro turns Firefox tabs, saved research, and notes into organized, reusable workspaces.
Save projects as Workspaces and Collections, restore sessions, build a searchable personal Wiki, and use an optional AI Assistant for supported tab, workspace, Wiki, and dashboard actions.
Workspaces & Collections
Organize tabs by project or topic. Save links with titles and notes, search your browser work, and reopen a Collection or Workspace when you need it.
Personal Wiki
Clip pages into a local knowledge base with full-text search, tags, [[wikilinks]], backlinks, version history, import/export, and a page graph.
Optional Wiki AI tools (compile / lint / ask) use only the pages you select. AI output can be inaccurate — review it.
AI Assistant
Chat and run supported actions on tabs, Workspaces, Collections, Wiki, widgets, and settings. Sensitive actions may ask for confirmation.
Bring your own API key (Anthropic, OpenAI, or OpenRouter). AI is optional until you configure a key.

Encrypted backup/sync of eligible Workspace Pro data via your Google account (OAuth). Skip Drive entirely if you prefer local-only.
Mobile Companion & MCP / Agent Connect
Pair the companion PWA and connect external MCP agents through Drive-based Agent Connect (no nativeMessaging on Firefox).

Free: 1 Workspace, 1 Collection, session history (up to 50), themes, current-session tab tools.
Pro (one-time WSPRO license on workspace-pro.app / Stripe — not in-add-on payment): unlimited Workspaces/Collections, Wiki, Assistant, AI tab grouping, widgets, Drive backup, Mobile Companion, Agent Connect. Includes a short Pro trial on install.
AI providers bill you separately via your own API keys (BYO).
Firefox notes
• Minimum Firefox 140 (desktop); Tab Groups need ≥139 (we require 140)
• No Tab Memory / RAM feature (not available on Firefox)
• Same WSPRO license keys as Chrome; storage is separate — re-enter the key in Firefox
Privacy (brief)
Local-first by default (workspaces, wiki, sessions, settings, encrypted keys). Optional: Google OAuth/Drive, license checks to license.workspace-pro.app, AI provider calls you start, weather/news widgets you enable. No analytics/ads.
