Top Convos is the most updated Facebook message counter as it is maintained from time to time.

Features:

Shows a list of all conversations, with the number of messages in it.
Provides options to filter the list by conversation-types which are group, user and both.
Provides a search box to let users query a specific conversation.
Allows users to share Top-Three-Friends on their Facebook timeline or story.
