Toolbox Sidebar: Counters & Timers 作者: Tron

Toolbox Sidebar puts 16 handy counters, timers and little helpers into one elegant Firefox sidebar. Open it with the toolbar button or Alt+Shift+T and keep it next to your page while you work.

COUNTERS
- Mouse clicks: left, right and middle clicks, today and all time, a 7-day chart, and a 5-second click speed test
- Keystrokes: total key presses, daily average, best day, and an estimated typing speed (WPM)
- Distance: how far your mouse has travelled and how much you have scrolled
- Tally counters: as many named manual counters as you like

TIMERS
- Countdown timer: set hours, minutes and seconds or use quick presets, with a notification and sound when time is up
- Stopwatch: start, pause, and record laps with fastest and slowest highlighted
- Pomodoro: focus, short break and long break with adjustable durations and a daily session count
- Eye breaks: gentle 20-20-20 reminders, plus a guided 20-second break

DAILY HELPERS
- Water tracker: daily goal, glasses logged, optional reminders
- Reading time: word count and reading time for the current page, plus a text counter for your own text
- World clock: your local time plus any city or time zone
- Notes and Tasks: a quick scratchpad and a simple to-do list
- Dice and coin: dice, coin flip and random number generator
- Day counter: count down to (or up from) trips, birthdays, exams
- Insights: streaks and achievement badges

DESIGN
- Clean, Apple-inspired look with smooth, subtle animations
- Light, dark or automatic (follows your system) theme
- Interface in English, Deutsch and العربية (with full right-to-left layout)

PRIVACY FIRST
- Only numbers are counted. What you type, key names and page content are never stored or sent anywhere
- No accounts, no tracking, no analytics, no network requests
- Everything stays on your device and you can export or reset it at any time
- You can switch activity counting off completely in Settings

Please note: counters measure activity on web pages inside Firefox. Pages that were already open when you installed the extension need a reload to be counted.

Permission justification (for the AMO reviewer notes)
"Access to all websites" is used only by a content script that counts mouse clicks, key presses, scroll distance and mouse movement as plain numbers. It never reads key names, typed text or page content for storage, and sends nothing over the network. A single on-demand message returns the word count of the current page when the user opens the Reading time tool. "storage" keeps settings and counters locally, "alarms" and "notifications" power timer and reminder alerts.
