TinyPause 作者: Anvik Studio

Stop autopilot browsing. Build intentional digital habits.

Most website blockers treat you like a child with rigid locks and timers. TinyPause takes a different approach: a gentle, mindful speed bump that puts you back in the driver’s seat.

Whenever you open a distracting site, TinyPause introduces a brief moment of reflection. Simply state what you came to do (in just 4 letters or more), or take it as a sign to close the tab and return to what matters.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Choose Your Sites: Add the websites where you tend to browse mindlessly (in Settings).
2. Take a Breath: A clean pause screen appears before the site loads.
3. Set Your Intention: Type a quick note explaining why you are visiting—or close the tab if it was just muscle memory.

KEY FEATURES

• Mindful Friction, Not Rigid Blocks: You stay in control. You don't need a strict lock, just a split-second to decide if opening that tab is intentional.
• Smart Active Tracking: Usage time is only recorded while a monitored tab is actively focused in your front window, never while idling in background tabs.
• Quick Customization: Add or remove monitored sites and clear your stored history anytime directly in Settings.

100% PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Your browsing habits are nobody’s business but your own:

• Zero External Servers: Your site list, intentions, and usage history never leave your device. Everything lives strictly inside your browser's local storage.
• Granular Permissions: Chrome only grants access to the specific domains you choose to monitor. No blanket access to your entire web activity.
• Full Control: Review, adjust, or remove site access at any time through TinyPause settings or Chrome's extension manager.
