When you start a focus session in Studova, the sites that usually eat your time just stop opening YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, TikTok, whatever your weakness is. You pick the list once and forget about it. Try to sneak onto one mid-session and you get a quiet little block screen instead, with a line to snap you back to what you were supposed to be doing.

Stop the timer and everything's back to normal, it even drops you right back on the page you were trying to reach, so there's no fiddling around.

It's the accountability of "I can't check it even if I want to," which turns out to be the only thing that actually works.
