RecommendLess protects your attention in two ways. First, it adds a deliberate pause before every supported site. Then, if you continue, it removes the feeds and recommendations that pull you in while keeping searches, messages, subscriptions, profiles, and chosen content usable.

On supported sites, RecommendLess can:

• replace YouTube Home with Subscriptions and remove Shorts, related videos, autoplay, and Explore;
• keep X / Twitter on Following while removing For You, trends, suggestions, and immersive video;
• remove Instagram Feed, Reels, and Explore while keeping messages, search, notifications, and profiles;
• remove distracting feeds and recommendation rails on LinkedIn, Pikabu, and Reddit;
• add a deliberate entry pause before every supported site, including sites where no other page content is changed.

Every supported site starts with the recommended blocks enabled. Open the toolbar popup to configure each understandable block separately. Changing any block setting requires one five-second wait per popup session.

RecommendLess requires a paid License after a 14-day Trial. Paddle collects a payment method before the Trial starts and shows the renewal terms before confirmation. The extension is Inert until a Trial or License is active.

The extension needs access to supported websites to remove or redirect distracting parts in your browser. That work happens locally. It sends RecommendLess only a random installation identifier and License key for entitlement validation; it does not send the pages or URLs you visit, searches, messages, posts, videos, watch history, time spent browsing, or the page elements it removes.
