關於此擴充套件
Quicknote is a fast, distraction-free scratchpad that lives in your toolbar. Click the icon, type, and it's saved — no sign-up, no sync setup, no cloud dependency to think about.
WHAT IT DOES
- Opens instantly from the toolbar for a new note that saves automatically as you type
- Keeps a running list of your notes with instant search to find old ones fast
- Lets you pin important notes so they stay put and are never swept up by auto-clear
- Adjustable note text size (13px, 15px, or 17px) so the scratchpad fits how you read
- Optional auto-clear for old, unpinned notes — never, or after 7, 30, or 90 days, checked each time you open Quicknote
- Exports your notes to a Markdown (.md) or JSON (.json) file saved straight to your downloads folder
- Quick keyboard flow: Cmd+Enter to save, Esc to clear a search, plus undo if you delete a note by mistake
HOW IT WORKS
Every note is written straight to your browser's local storage. There's no account to create and nothing to configure before you start typing — open the popup and go. A dedicated settings page lets you tune text size, set an auto-clear window for stale notes (pinned notes are always exempt), export your notes, or wipe everything from a clearly labeled danger zone with a confirmation step.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Quicknote requests exactly one permission — storage — and no host permissions at all. It makes no network requests of any kind: no accounts, no servers, no analytics. Your notes never leave the device they're written on, and the only copies that ever exist elsewhere are the export files you choose to save yourself.

Quicknote is fully local: no accounts, no servers, no analytics. The bundled selftest.js is QA instrumentation used by our automated tests; it makes no network calls.
