Turn every new tab into your personal command center with lived.
Click the lived icon in your toolbar or the settings gear on the new tab page to:
1. Choose between Instant Web App Redirect or Embedded Widget.
2. Select your preferred search engine.
3. Paste your personal API key (generated under Settings → API Keys on lived.best) for embedded mode.
- ⚡ Instant Web App Redirect (Default): Automatically opens your full lived workspace (
https://lived.best/today) with your life map, habit tracker, and daily tasks. - 🔍 Integrated Browser Search Bar: Search Google, DuckDuckGo, Bing, Ecosia, or Kagi right from your new tab. Supports the
/shortcut to instantly focus the search bar. - 📊 Embedded Productivity Widget (Optional): Prefer staying on
about:newtab? Switch to embedded mode to view a live clock, daily productivity score, progress percentage, effort weight tally, and interactive task checkboxes powered by your personal API key. - 🎨 Lived Brand Aesthetics: Minimalist design with dark and light mode support and audio feedback.
