Permissions explained:

• activeTab — read the current tab URL when you click the icon
• tabs — open a new tab with the transcript
• contextMenus — add the "Get transcript" item to your right-click menu
• scripting — inject the in-page "📝 Transcript" button
• Host access to youtube.com, youtu.be, tiktok.com — restricts the extension to exactly these two platforms
