Where it works:

Blocking Sites works on most normal websites. Like all browser extensions, it cannot run on certain browser-protected pages such as about:*, the Firefox New Tab page, Add-ons Manager, Settings pages and other restricted browser pages. These limitations are imposed by Firefox itself.

Why I built it:

I built Blocking Sites because many website blockers felt cluttered, overly complicated or focused on collecting user data. My goal was to create a blocker that is simple, dependable and pleasant to use, while giving users precise control over what distracts them online.
