Thank you for the nice rating! Files downloaded on WhatsApp Web (WAW) go to the folder defined in Thunderbird general settings. If you mean the WAW cache, it is in the Thunderbird profile, directory storage/default/https+++web.whatsapp.com. But it is encrypted.
