Although video download helper sometimes reports that there is no video content when a video is running, once the download assistant app is installed it doesn't do that as much and you can capture video from many sources, besides YouTube.
Personally I recommend Video DownloadHelper added to Firefox, and granted all permissions, it works really well and NO TRACKING allowed.

- I've used this extension over at least 5 years. It has become particulary effective since it added the 2nd program running as a Window's service a couple of years ago. I love it and find it effective in almost all situations. Thanks creators! A great product!! 😁
