Move everyone eligible onto IR in one pass, and if a roster ever breaks its league's own rules (a healed player still parked on IR, one too many players rostered), QuickManager finds it automatically and fixes what it can without cutting anyone. If a cut is genuinely unavoidable, you choose who — nothing is dropped without your say-so.
