Click any link while holding Ctrl+Shift ( or Cmd+Shift on Mac) to open it in the same tab, even if it is set to open in a new tab.

Many websites now open links in new tabs. That may be the desired behavior a lot of times but not always. For those instances when you want to be able to open the link in the same tab, you can now click it while holding Ctrl + Shift keys (or Cmd + Shift keys on a Mac) to force the link to be opened in the same tab.
