One day at work, after I clicked "Show more workflows" for the thousandth time, I realized I could just fix it myself with a search bar.

My colleagues in dev ops said it was cool, so I shipped it, and here we are.

Current features:
- Search/filter bar added to the list of workflows on the left side of the actions page (private repos require a Github token)
- Preview in v0.5.0: Add a dashboard to your Org's "Insights" page that attempts to answer the question "what is the latest deploy status for every repo that deploys to environment X?"
- (Optional) Rich incident status indicator. Head to the Settings page to turn it on. No token required.

Heavily inspired by (and can be installed along with) the Refined Github extension. Go check them out if this is the first you've heard of it.
