Commitment Timer stops mindless browsing before it starts.

How it works:
- Visit a blocked site (YouTube, Reddit, Twitter etc.) and you're intercepted
- Type why you're going there — vague reasons get rejected
- Pick a time limit (5, 10, 15, 30 min or custom)
- A floating timer appears while you browse
- When time's up, a guilt screen asks: did you keep your promise?
- Break your promise → site locked for 10 minutes ❄️
