If you're seeing ads on your email, please check the following in the AdBlock Options menu:

1. Click on the AdBlock toolbar icon.
2. Click on the gear symbol on the pop-up menu.
3. Click on the "Filter lists" tab.
4. Check to see that the Acceptable Ads option is unchecked. Reload the site. Do you still see ads?

Never have issues with this add-on though it does not catch all the ads which is not an issue & why I use 3 different ones together which does the trick.

Hi, We are AdBlock, not Adblock Plus (ABP). AdBlock and ABP are two separate products. You can reach ABP support at support@adblockplus.org.
