Features:
* Highlight row and column. (Only when the current cell is in the screen)
* Change highlight color and opacity.
* Shortcuts for toggle highlight.
* Automatically save and apply highlight settings on a per-sheet basis.

You can add shortcuts from the "Manage Extension Shortcuts"
