Features:
- Enable or disable tint per site
- Adjust brightness, contrast, and warmth
- Settings saved locally for each hostname
- Already-dark sites are handled carefully (no double invert)
How to test:
1. Open any https page
2. Open the Night Lens popup
3. Toggle tint and move the sliders
4. Reload or visit another site to confirm per-site settings
