HTML to ASCII Table Parser: Added a custom DOM walker that detects standard HTML tables inside LeetCode descriptions and formats them into padded, column-aligned ASCII text tables. Columns and rows now maintain clean vertical spacing using pipes (|) and hyphens (-).
Section-Aware Formatting: Improved comment grouping logic. Descriptions are now compact, and single blank comment lines are intelligently inserted only before each Example header and the Constraints block to avoid unorganized comment blocks.
