   By using Crunchy-Sync (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. What Crunchy-Sync Is
   Crunchy-Sync is a free browser extension and web service that synchronizes video playback on Crunchyroll between multiple users. It does not host, stream, or redistribute any video content. Each user watches content through their own Crunchyroll account and subscription.
3. Disclaimer
   This is an unofficial community project. Crunchy-Sync is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Crunchyroll or Sony Pictures Entertainment in any way. "Crunchyroll" is a trademark of Crunchyroll, LLC.
4. User Conduct
   You agree not to:

Use the Service to harass, spam, or abuse other users
Attempt to exploit, hack, or overload the Service
Use automated tools to spam chat messages or create excessive rooms
Impersonate others in chat
5. No Account Required
Crunchy-Sync does not require registration or an account. You choose a temporary display name that is not verified or linked to any identity.

1. Availability
   The Service is provided "as is" with no guarantees of uptime or availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
2. Limitation of Liability
   Crunchy-Sync is provided free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
3. Changes
   We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
