Updated. I treated this as 6.6.9.4 — UI Stabilization, using 6.6.9.3 as the protected baseline.
I found a concrete cause of the broken-looking mobile layout: the shared mobile-hardening.css contained a generic ≤480px rule that forced .stats, .quick-grid, and related grids into one column with !important. Because that stylesheet loaded after the popup stylesheet, it overrode BlockWave's intended three-column status layout. That explains the enormous stacked Blocked / 1/8 / Protection cards you were seeing.
What 6.6.9.4 changes
- Restores the compact 3-column status strip on phones.
- Scopes responsive rules specifically to the BlockWave popup so Settings/mobile rules can't accidentally override it.
- Reduces unnecessary vertical space.
- Removes the duplicate Quick Stats card on compact/mobile layouts while retaining the same information at the top.
- Keeps Advanced Protection collapsed until requested.
- Makes Ready / Limited / Check Needed / Checking visually distinct.
- Keeps OFF switches clearly different from genuinely unavailable controls.
- Makes the protection controls the visual priority.
- Compacts the Idaho acknowledgment without removing it.
- Hides nonessential benefit cards on small screens.
- Improves Settings navigation, metrics, spacing and Protection Health presentation.
- Keeps coarse-pointer/mobile touch targets at least ~44px.
- Preserves every existing control and functional ID.
Most importantly, this is not another filtering change. All 32 rule files are byte-for-byte identical to 6.6.9.3, all 27 DNR resources remain declared with 26 default-enabled, zero baseline files were deleted, and all packaged JS/JSON validation passed.
